Restaurant Cuvee is located within the beautiful sandstone building of Peterson House, located at the “Gateway” to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Featuring beautiful exposed aged timber beams and iron work through out, our restaurant overlooks the beautiful vineyards and cottage gardens of Peterson House.

A breakfast specialty at Restaurant Cuvee is our Champagne Breakfast. So why not start your day with a superbly cooked breakfast, chocolates and Sparkling Peterson House Wines while soaking in the beautiful view.

Our Head Chef Chad Pridue has just relased his new Lunch Menu for Winter which is a treat for all the senses. Enjoy a quick bite between vineyard tastings or sit back and enjoy catching up with friends over a long lunch.

Group bookings are more then welcome and in order to help make organising your group simpler we have created a number of special menus to suit any occasion.

Review You’d be hard-pressed to find a prettier spot for weekend dinning. Housed within atmospheric Peterson Champagne House, an inviting sandstone homestead with soaring timber ceilings, the aptly named Cuvee draws crowds for sparkling –fuelled breakfasts and leisurely lunches. Outside, the sun drenched deck is the place to be, as views of the cottage gardens and lantern strung trees add to the charm. There’s much to like about the menu, too, which spans light snappy salads to steaks with a shiraz reduction.  A fabulous duck confit salad, cut by orange, micro cress and red wine vinegar, is the perfect balanch to the rich, flakey meat and gentle acidic bite. Grilled flathead fillets served on a rustic panzanella salad also make fine fare.
