Ebonnie Newby Ebonnie Newby is relishing in her new role as head chef at Restaurant Cuvee Peterson House. Her passion for food is evident with new and exciting menus featuring Modern Australian Cuisine with an Asian influence, specializing in Degustation Menus and creating mouth watering desserts that tempt all. |
“My goal for my guests is, to infuse their taste buds with both fine food and wine and to make the dining experience totally unique.” After 10 years alongside Darren Ho and boasting an impressive list of awards including her triumphant win as a team member in the 2001 Lifestyle Channel’s "Good Bye Meat Pie" program in Adelaide.
Ebonnie has been recognized for her talents and has traveled abroad, with an invitation to cook a degustation dinner for Indochine Restaurant in Singapore as well as taking a seat at the Australian Culinary Federation as a Junior Judge.
