A crisp and dry style of Rosé. The berry fruit flavours fill the front palate but citrus fruits still abound.
The palate is filled out by the creamy mouthfeel from the yeast autolysis. The low sugar dosage and the citrus notes combine to give the wine a fresh clean palate with a long lingering acid finish.
This is a great aperitif style with canapés and seafood.
SERVING TEMPERATURE These sparkling wines are made to be served cold – less than 4 C. Store for 24 hours in a domestic fridge prior to opening or leave in wet ice for 3-4 hours.
