Whilst fresh and zesty this wine has developed quickly in the bottle.Hints of citrus on the front palate give way to a mix of yeasty characters. Creamy texture, and a nutty,
toasted mouthfeel fill the mid palate.
The lingering acid on the finish gives the structure and elegance which balance this wine so well. A great expression of Sparkling Pinot Noir, complex but fresh.

SERVING TEMPERATURE Sparkling wines are made to be served cold – less than 4 C. Store for 24 hours in a domestic fridge prior to opening or leave in wet ice for 2-3 hours.
