This wine has had a secondary fermentation in a pressure tank to capture the bubbles. Just as the variety is known this wine, has a grey tinge to the golden straw colour. Rich and ripe, the aroma has elements of both tropical and summer stone fruit fruits.
Peaches and melons swirl in your mouth on the first sip. The mid palate has a slight spiciness which adds complexity and depth. As it lingers in your mouth the fruit notes blend with the acid to give weight and length of flavour. The finish has a subtle acid note and hints of citrus to give a clean and refreshing aftertaste.
This is well suited to Chicken, shellfish or seafood in a rich sauce. The clean acid finish will refresh the palate
