It is a full bodied wine with rich berry fruits, white pepper and subtle licorice on the palate. The palate is fruity and fills the mouth. It leaves a warm creamy sensation long after it is finished.
Great with a range of foods particularly red meat. Lamb, Beef or Venison.
Still wines unlike the sparkling versions can be served at Cellar Temperature. Your preferred drinking temperature may vary on the season – slightly cooler in summer, warmer in winter.
