Located within the beautiful sandstone walls of Peterson House, at the “Gateway” to the Hunter Valley Wineries, Restaurant Cuvee features beautiful exposed aged timber trusses with spectacular views overlooking our stunning vineyards. 


Renowned for our famous Bubbly Breakfast, Restaurant Cuvee is the perfect spot to start your day with a hearty country breakfast, and a glass of our bubbles. 


“In wine we refer to Cuvee as being a blend of different grapes, or grapes from a different vintage. In food we can also refer to Cuvee as the blend of old with new; sweet with sour; smooth with crisp.” 


From a quick bite between tastings, to a long, leisurely lunch, our menu is designed to provide something for all guests.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS


Groups of 12 adults or more are required to be on our group set menu. We are able to accommodate up to 35 people maximum for large group bookings. If your group is 30 adults or more you will be required to go on an alternate drop menu of two choices. 
Breakfast = $36.50pp 

Lunch = $70.00pp (two-course) or $85.00pp (three-course)

We do offer a kids menu.

To secure this booking we will need to process a pre-authorisation holding fee of $20pp. If you would like to cancel your booking you will need to notify the restaurant in writing of cancellation no later than 48 hours before the booking. We do understand that in COVID times that we are aware this may affect this policy.

Please note our restaurant policy is NO SPLIT BILLS and do recommend the organiser inform all guests attending to either bring cash with them on the day or nominate one person to pay and transfer funds to that account.
